The location of the studio unit was perfect for our stay in Iloilo. It was within walking distance of Iloilo Business Park, which made it convenient for us to access the nearby eateries and supermarket. The property itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. We also had a good internet connection and were able to enjoy Netflix.
There was a lack of space for our luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the toilet and bath had a certain smell, and there was no cable TV available.

The location was fantastic, being situated in the heart of Iloilo's newest CBD. This made it very convenient for me to access the Ilo2 Business Park and transportation hub. I was able to easily catch the P2P air-conditioned buses to the airport and Boracay, and the ferry terminal to Guimaras and Bacolod was just a short 5-10 minute drive away. Additionally, the proximity to public markets, malls, and churches made it easy for me to explore the city during my stay.
There were a few aspects that I did not particularly like about my stay. there was a certain smell in the toilet and bath, which was not very pleasant.
